Privacy Policy

NAFKAM respect the privacy of people who use our web site.
We monitor access to the site for the purpose of system administration of our web server, and statistical monitoring of web site usage. Currently we are using Google Analytics to analyze the audience of the website and improve our content.

This includes 'cookies'. A cookie is a message given to your web browser by a web server. The message is then stored by the browser in a text file called cookie.txt. Every time the browser obtains a page from the server, this cookie message is sent back. A cookie can be used to identify users and personalise their visit by customising web pages for them. You may choose to disable cookies in your web browser, and still have full access to the CAM-Cancer website. To manage cookies on your device, you may:

1. Open "Control Panel" (Alternatively, search for "Internet Options")
2. Open "Internet Options"
3. Select the tab "Privacy"
4. Adjust the level so it fits your demands. You will get information about what is permitted and not permitted as you change settings.
5. When finished, click "Apply" and "OK"

If you use our contact form or email the NAFKAM employees dedicated to CAM-Cancer directly, your email is received at an email server which is technically governed and safe-guarded by NAFKAM.
Your request and the answer we give you, will be fully anonymized and kept in an internal FAQ knowledge database at NAFKAM for future reference. Only NAFKAM employees dedicated to CAM-Cancer have access to this database. Your original email will be deleted immediately after we have answered it.
Please note: You should always regard details about your health as sensitive information. When using email or other electronic media for your correspondence, there is always a risk that the information could be sent to or forwarded to a wrong person, or that your email could be captured electronically en route. Thus, sensitive and identifiable information about you may be read and misused by others. To reduce this risk, we advise you to limit the information you include in an email to the minimum necessary for your purpose. Please also observe that NAFKAM are not able to provide any treatment advice or advice about buying products.

Our privacy policy covers the CAM-Cancer and NAFKAMs other web sites. Any links from our sites to other, external web sites are not covered by this policy.
